Operational Governance Policy

At Waste & Water, ethics, transparency, and regulatory compliance are the foundations of our corporate culture.
We believe that every professional action must be guided by integrity, accountability, and respect for individuals — whether they are colleagues, partners, or clients.

1. Ethical Behavior & Code of Conduct

We expect all our employees to act honestly, lawfully, and ethically, regardless of their position or responsibilities.

Our Code of Conduct defines best practices for:

  • Professional interactions with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
  • Decision-making in situations involving ethical or compliance dilemmas
  • Ensuring fairness and avoiding abuse of power, with respect for human dignity

Full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is a fundamental requirement.

The General Manager is appointed as the official point of contact and custodian of the company’s Code of Ethics.

2. Anti-Corruption & Anti-Bribery Policy

We strictly prohibit:

  • Any attempt to offer or accept illegal payments, bribes, or improper advantages
  • Any direct or indirect involvement in corrupt acts, including those conducted by third parties on behalf of the company (such as agents, contractors, or consultants)

Our Anti-Corruption Policy requires:

  • Strict adherence to all national and international laws
  • Prior disclosure of any gifts, invitations, or material advantages
  • A prohibition on any practice that may improperly influence a business decision

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with this policy.
