We strictly prohibit:
- Any attempt to offer or accept illegal payments, bribes, or improper advantages
- Any direct or indirect involvement in corrupt acts, including those conducted by third parties on behalf of the company (such as agents, contractors, or consultants)
Our Anti-Corruption Policy requires:

- Prior disclosure of any gifts, invitations, or material advantages
- A prohibition on any practice that may improperly influence a business decision

- Must be reasonable in value and frequency
- Must never influence a commercial or contractual decision
